What is a Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)?
A Level 2.5 PHP is a structured, intensive outpatient program that provides a minimum of 20 hours per week of clinical services — including individual, group, and family therapy — for adults who need more than standard outpatient care but do not require 24-hour inpatient hospitalization. It follows criteria set by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
Who is a good fit for the program?
Adults with a substance use disorder who can live safely in the community while attending structured daytime treatment. Admission is based on medical necessity and an ASAM multidimensional assessment. Reach out and our team will help determine the right level of care.
Do you provide medication?
