Getting ready

What to expect in our program

Assessment first

A biopsychosocial and ASAM review determines the right level of care for you.

Structured days

A minimum of 20 hours per week of therapy, groups, and skill-building.

Community & support

Process groups and peer connection that reduce isolation and build accountability.

A plan for after

Relapse-prevention and step-down planning so progress continues beyond the program.

Tip: When you reach out online, share general information and your contact preferences — not private medical details. We’ll talk through specifics confidentially by phone.
