Other ASAP fees
- Extra fees may apply for things like rescheduled appointments and returned checks. Your local ASAP can give you its list of approved fees.
- Payment is due when you enroll. If you cannot pay then, the ASAP will work with you on a payment plan.
- If you pre-enroll before your case is decided, the full fee is due then and is non-refundable, even if the case is later dismissed.
- If a court orders drug testing through the ASAP, you are responsible for the cost of the tests.
Paying it off before you finish
The ASAP will not report your successful completion to the DMV until all outstanding balances are paid.
Treatment costs
Treatment providers set their own fees, so contact the provider directly about the cost of an assessment and treatment, and ask whether your health insurance applies.
